EMH Systems was created as a response to the desire of its founders, who were Navigational Officers, to create a comprehensive, user friendly, and highly effective platform that adheres to the environmental regulations present in the maritime sector. The goal was to make the maritime industry more efficient while having a lower effect on the environment. With this vision in mind, EMH Systems emerged.
Our platform sprang from firsthand experiences with the tedious, time-consuming process of manual compliance with environmental regulations. The founders, immersed in plotting environmental regulations, baselines, territorial seas, and distances from the shore, were aware of the margin for error and the risk of illegal discharges. They sought to digitize this process, remove human error, and ease the burden on ship crews.
The software is solution-based platform that focuses on improving environmental compliance. We use advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, to optimize our platform. We actively strive to reduce plastic pollution and illegal ship discharges, and we designed our system to tackle the struggle of oil and oily mixture illegal discharges. We hope to empower those in the industry while promoting the protection of local ecosystem and marine life.
EMH Systems have achieved a lot in order to accomplish our mission and be able to carry out our plan. Our team have put together a Global Database (GDB) with rules related to the environment and marine boundaries, and created an API as well as teaming up with other organizations to put it to use. The ability to change and integrate more components and functions is also available in our multilayered platform.
